As a realtor, when I refer vendors to my clients it is my credibility on the line, so I only use and refer business owners who are responsive, on time, do what they say they're going to do when they're going to do it and for a fair price. Alex is all of those. As a matter of fact, at the last listing I had him pressure/soft-washing prior to listing, the neighbors asked him to also do theirs. Speaks for itself! Plus, I love that he doesn't use harmful chemicals and can do more sensitive to pressure material (like pool screens) with his soft wash technique. Definitely recommend!

Alex is the upmost professional! He showed up on time, moved everything I hadn’t already moved out of the way to prevent any damage, and applied three different cleaning applications to get my driveways, deck and windows clean! I added an extra service on the spot because I was so pleased with the work! As an owner of a landscape companies, I have paired with several other pressure washing companies and Alex by far is above and beyond his competitors! Can’t wait to use his services again in the future!!

I'm so happy with the service of Curb Appeal Power Washing! They were on time, quick and professional. The tech explained what was going to happen and a rough estimate of how long it would take and he was spot on.
The difference in my backyard is huge! It went from being drab and dirty to clean and fresh! I actually WANT to be out there now!
Definitely call them if you want a dirty something-or-other nice clean!
