I requested a quote online this past Sunday, and received an email confirmation that they would be out the next day. Fantastic! We need help getting some of the weed issues under control at our new house and we’re also interested in home pest control. Monday comes, and by midday there’s been zero communication from the company regarding when they would be out to provide a quote. I called and no one answered - it went straight to their recorded line. I tried again shortly after and the same thing - no response. I work from home, didn’t leave the house, and yet no one showed up at all on Monday

My lawn and shrubs were in bad shape, and I needed a termite bond and a home pest control program. I asked my community for a referral and this one came in with glowing reviews. The owners are knowledgable, prompt, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Other companies gave me a phone quote, but PROTEX scheduled an appointment and came right out. They are in the ballpark of what I was paying to my previous company, but much more thorough and have great results. Any concerns are quickly addressed, which is very reassuring...I know how quickly I can loose my lawn and shrubs if issues are
