Amazing work on my Truck done at this location. All issues found were described and gone over with me, and any questions I had about those issues always got answers. It was amazing service as well as timely, and I'm definitely a life-long customer! Their biggest concern was my safety and that's what I look for when I go anwhere for repairs.

I am a traveler. Driving a 2010 nissan frontier. Out to Texas, colorado, new mexico and back.
In and out of North Carolina, Florida, MA, Maine and Vermont. 6 months here; a year or more there, etc. A tumbleweed; as someone once put it.

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ Unlimited (LJ). The repair I needed was to mitigate the infamous frame rot /rust that plagues YJ's, TJ's and JK's. I've seen it many times, but my Jeep is garage kept with less than 80,000 miles (30,000 put on by my daughter in the last 4 years), so I had always hoped that I would be spared the frame issues that others had experienced.
Unfortunately this was not my luck. I'm a fairly good welder (steel fabricator) and prefab frame rails can be purchased online, but I don't have a lift which can make welding difficult when crawling around under the Jeep and the breaker

Went here several years back after moving to PATHETIC Pa. Went in for an oil change , alignment and having the wheels balanced. O.K. shop, NOTHING SPECIAL! THE OWNER TRIED UP SELLING ME NECESSARY services. Informed him, I have MORE Car Knowledge that he has YEARS in this World. TYPICAL mechanic. Not happy with a satisfied customer who is a Member of 3 Military Organizations and COULD have gotten him PLENTY of business. TOO BAD for YOU ! I KNOW GET EXCELLENT Customer Service ELSEWHERE! The Friday before Christmas my Jeep suffered what turned out to be a pretty catastrophic failure in the clutch assembly. I left my Jeep at Arty's and during the long holiday, Arty and his team of talented mechanics disassembled and diagnosed what became an even bigger problem than first thought. Throughout the whole "ordeal" Arty kept in contact me, updating me and letting me know in detail what needed to be done. I can't thank Arty and his whole crew enough for treating my vehicle like one of their own and returning it to me better than I could have imagined.

Check your vehicle after you leave this shop. I took my truck to this shop for inspection. They told me it needed a ball joint and I asked for a front end alignment. After many hours of waiting, and close to $500 .00 later, the truck was supposedly finished and I drove home. I checked the lug nuts and found one finger tight. Other lug nuts were not torqued to the correct foot pounds. So-called mechanics better learn to finish a job. I will not return to this shop.
