Here's just a few examples of some of the services we provide to our clients and their pets, Large and small. Emergency and Critical Care Medicine: Our normal business hours are from 8:45am to 4:30pm, but we provide on-call services 24/7, 365 days a year for both large and small animals. An emergency doctor is just a phone call away at all times to deal with any and all emergencies.
We are often asked a variety of questions about general topics. From questions about spay/neuter to heartworm prevention, the following information is meant to provide baseline knowledge. If you think your pet is ill or having general difficulties, please contact us for an appointment, diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you for placing your refill. Refills typically take 24 hours to process. We will need to verify your pet's eligibility to receive the refill and confirm the prescription details. Thank you for placing your food order. Orders typically take 24 hours to process. However, with prescription foods that we do not keep in stock, you will need to allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
WE receives emergency cases during normal business hours! If you have any emergencies after our normal business hours please CALL our office and you will be directed to the veterinarian on call. During the weekdays, our phones roll over to Warner Robins Emergency clinic after 8:30PM and on Saturday and sunday after 6:00 PM.
