Services
Bevco was started in a garage in 1965 when the original owner was asked to design and build electrical controls for pump houses. Our founders moved operations into our former building in Milwaukee in 1975. Twenty years later our President, Chris Shult, purchased Bevco. He built our current building which we've occupied since July of 2001.
Bevco utilizes the latest in electrical schematic generation and three-dimensional layout tools. Our ePlan software platform and extensive component database allow us to create precise 3D designs with sophisticated error checking to ensure adherence to industry directives and component manufacturer specifications.
Bevco has been writing custom PLC and HMI programs to accompany our controls design and build capabilities for better than four decades. We have programming experience across a broad range of industries and applications including high-speed sortation, warehouse control systems, industrial ovens, material handling, and others.
A well-designed Warehouse Control System (WCS) will provide a uniform interface for dynamic management and control of a wide range of material handling systems and equipment including conveyors, sorters, automated storage and retrieval systems, pick/put-to-light systems, in-motion scales, dimensioning equipment, scanners, cameras, print-and-apply systems, and more.
Bevco has been a leader in material handling system controls and software for three decades. Our custom sortation controls software utilizes bar code scanning or RFID technology at speeds up to 600 feet per minute and can be easily integrated with your warehouse controls system (WCS). We can build our PLC or PC based software on existing platforms from leading manufacturers to suit your needs or develop on the platform you specify.
