Doug & the staff at Windward Jewelers are great. They have repaired & cleaned jewelry for me. Recently the restrung a necklace that broke. Thank you Ashley! They have a beautiful selection of jewelry featuring local artisans.

I used this jeweler for the first time I needed 2 of my Hawaiian Heirloom bracelets resized and re enameled and a gold chain repaired and he did a beautiful job I am very happy with it. My family will continue to do business with him . In fact my brother ordered a new pendant today

I went here and was so impressed! I had 7-8 pieces of gold that needed to be fixed. Some pieces had numerous little things that needed altering and the heart earring was in 2 pieces! The owner was kind, patient and gave a few little touches on my jewelry for free!
I asked if I could get the jewelry back within a week and he said a few pieces, but he wasn’t sure about all of them … especially the earring. When I called just two days before I left, the woman said she didn’t think they were all going to be done by the day but she would ask the owner. Both of them went above and beyond, because

Our new go to spot. I just had my engagement ring worked on. We were terrified to have it worked on since it was my late mother in law’s ring and she designed it herself. They did everything in their shop, the ring never was sent elsewhere to be worked on. We had two emeralds replaced and the ring was resized. The ring was finished in just over a week and it is BEAUTIFUL. We overwhelmed with how well they did! Highly recommended supporting this small business. They are worth every penny, and on top of it all they are incredibly friendly!! 10/10 amazing!

I had them make a bridal set for me from my Grandfathers ring. The edn result was very nice. They did make a mistake, but the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and I am very satisfied qith the results. While in the store I saw a honu pendant that I liked except that it was in white gold, the owner is getting me one made in yellow gold. The owner is a friendly guy and made sure that I was happy, so I will be trusting them with further purchases.

My fiancé and I stopped in to see if the ring he just bought for me is moissanite or cubic zirconia. Since there is a bit of a price difference between the two, he wanted to be sure he got the stone he paid for. The jeweler was unable to identify if it was in fact moissanite and was unnecessarily rude. He literally scoffed at us when we asked him about it. If the ring I have is in fact a moissanite we were looking at replacing the stone with a diamond, but I wouldn’t trust him with diamonds if he can’t tell what a moissanite stone looks like.

Our wedding rings were both re-sized. Now they look like new. Perfect. Very fast and friendly service.
