Excellent customer service and repair. I took my wife's ring in on short notice, it was a Wednesday and we were leaving town on Saturday. The stone of her travel band had fallen out, I ordered a replacement stone which was a little bigger than the previous stone, but I thought it would fit. It did not. So I took the ring and stone to Solitaire jewelers, and they had it looking brand new within 48 hours. I was so grateful to have stumbled across this jeweler. Great work, customer service, and great prices. Go here for all of your needs.

Marco Salem the President here at Solitaire Jewelers is an amazing person. I needed to sell a ring and did stop at other retailers in the area. While all were friendly and offered to help, Marco went the extra-mile and provided me with more than great customer service. After a day of surfing, the delicate diamond necklace that I never take off managed to tangle around itself into multiple knots. I'd taken it to other brand name jewelry stores to see if they could help untangle and all refused.

I found out about Solitaire by searching various local jewelry shop. Out of all the 5 places I contacted, Marco was the only one who was prompt to reply. He patiently answered all of my questions. I’ve had my engagement ring designed there, the team and Marco the owner worked so hard to make my unique ring exactly how I imagined it to be! I have known Marco for several years and recently completed a mail order transaction with Marco Salem through his Solitaire Jewelers store. Nothing but professionalism and 5 STAR quality service and jewelry. To me it is a much greater risk doing business by mail than in person, so when I get this level of quality and service by mail I can only imagine the level of service I would receive in person. I look forward to visiting Solitaire Jewelers in person on my next visit to Honolulu!

Being that I'm in the industry I find it very challenging to find other dealers that I trust and enjoy doing business with. I have done a number of online transactions with Marco and finally got the chance to meet him and his lovely wife during my visit to Hawaii.
