Total Restoration is a great company with which to work. They came the same day my insurance agent called them and began to immediately take care of my water damage (which was huge). All of the workers were polite, responsive to my questions and did a great job. The project manager, Jessica Clingler, was a tremendous help in scheduling the work with the different vendors. It was a tremendous relief to me that I did not have to locate all of those different vendors. Jessica told me that it would take about two months to get all of the work completed and she was right on target. I am totally satisfied

We had flood damage to my basement business office (1500 sq ft).
The Restoration staff were above average from water removal, removal of base boards and replacing to flour covering and touch up with paint. Cabinets were replaced
While there were some delays for a variety of reasons it could be overlooked due to the location.
All disposable waste was removed from the work area and our home.

They were prompt at first at trying to remove the moisture from the floors from the flood. After that it was horrible. It took 4 weeks for the flooring guy to come to our house and show us options. When he arrived he had brought the wrong samples, no problem stuff happens. We picked out a floor and never heard back from them. We decided to have the cabinets replaced as well, same deal they came out and took measurements and never returned. I would not recommend.

We had experienced water damage throughout the home. TR replaced dry-wall, hardwood floors, countertops, cabinets, and paint throughout.
We are very pleased with the end result.
Cory was timely in his follow-up and did a great job keeping his team on schedule.

I had a flood in late Oct. from the condo above. Total Restoration was the co. suggested by my ins. Cory Lee, the project manager was great scheduling workers and keeping me informed. It took months but all is back to normal. There wasn’t anything I asked that he didn’t make happen. I would recommend Total Restoration. I had a clog in pipes upstairs which flooded downstairs. Cory Lee, was immediately here to calm my fears about the restoration project’s scope and timeframe. He and his team were respectful of my home, with… masks, booties, and they were genuinely courteous as I had never had such a large job, since my home was built. His team included so many, men and women all of the same level of professionalism. I hate that I did not get more names but Robert, and Walt, and all who worked on my home need kudos!! Matt and the woman who took my original call provided such a calming presence cause

Please don't hire Total Restoration. We had a house fire in 2014. The work they did was horrible and basically so unprofessional. They hire outside help. They do everything half way, they put our doors on backwards, we constantly had water leaks from the roof we had put on, unfinished dry wall, clumps and lumps around every door and down stairs. They are so stupid, they put our kitchen island 2 feet from fridge. Of course we had them move it. Still have water leak in family room, because they wanted to save money by not removing, retractable awning. Nail pits on ceilings, not to mention we

If it were an option to give Total Restoration 10 stars I would! I cannot speak more highly of this company and the individuals they employ!
I have been working with them over the past 2 months to recover from an arson fire that happened at my apartment complex and they have helped make this very unfortunate situation bearable. Their quick communication, kindness, and genuine care for their clients makes them so great. I would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Total Restoration about getting an estimate for repair work following a fire. Mary, in the office, took all the information, and she requested that the tenant be available to let the estimator into the property, and asked to see the estimate from the insurance company, which I provided. But on the scheduled day, the estimator, according to the tenant, who took off work to let someone in, didn't show. When I asked Mary about this, she said she would check. Then silence. I then emailed to ask about what happened: silence. Subsequent phone calls were not returned. Follow-up emails
