Image One Impact is a pretty disappointing company. Abysmal service and they have little interest in standing behind their products.
After being their customer for over 10 years (spending several thousand dollars) we were referred to Graphix Direct - one of their distributors - when we contacted them to purchase a large die and base for a $500 corner rounder we had purchased from them.
Graphix Direct took over 3 months to get the product to us and the die that arrived was manufactured too short to cut all the way through the material. When we sent photos of thin aluminum that was only partially
