Every appointment I went to I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to be attended. The last time I went i waited a total of 50 minutes. If you ever make an appointment with them you will have to wait minimum 30 minutes to be attended. I do not recommend this spa nor their services. After I brought up the situation to the manager she did nothing but give me another lymphatic drainage which was already been given free to anyone that was signing up, she did not let the lady that was going to care of me that I had already been waiting there for over 30 minutes, she did not do anything about the situation

Great first impression. The front staff is approachable, informative, and understand your needs. Michael signed me up for a membership after going through the benefits. They try to go above and beyond to help you get to your objective. Jackie was my nurse today and did a quick and thorough job. I'm coming back for sure. Great to find such a nice company.

Do not sign up for membership! It's a scam. They added something to my service that I didn't ask for , then said they had to charge me. I said not to because I didn't have the money but I'd pay on my next visit. She said ok. She waited until I left and she charged my card the full amount. After saying she would not. Would not come here

It is a hassle to cancel a membership in this spa, they make you write an email cancellation to corp. They also left me on hold for like a while to see if I would hang up and forget about it so I had to call again and that's when they did pay attention to me and then wait until the next month so I could can cancel it. I think as a customer as long as you do not owe any money to the spa you should be able to cancel your membership at anytime with a simple cancel my membership. It is like they make it hard for you so they can keep charging the monthly payment to the account and you do not leave.

Having a MedSpa in a mall was the best idea ever!! I went to get my laser hair removal and it was so fast and professional at the same time. They had a nice promotion were you can try a free laser hair removal and trust me, is so worthy! The staff was excellent, starting with the lovely receptionist who offered me water, coffee or Prosecco (that's an awesome start), then I was introduced to the expert and she was able to explain in details what to expect from the laser treatment.
