Not impressed with service or price. Elected to use Cassones because of promised completion date even though the estimate was well above others. It took them 4 weeks to complete a one week promised job. The workmanship is average at best with no quality control. What they say to get your business quickly changes at drop off time. The price was extremely hi and they did not completely fix the repair.

Do not purchase an RV from this dealer. We purchased an RV from them paid in cash.
We where lead to believe that the RV had a clear title, however it wasn't.
We then found out that the owner didn't know it was sold at this dealer.
We wanted to talk to the owner, but the sales person told us he was in assisted living and his kids where selling it. We found this to be a lie, we found the owner and called him, he was at home.
He told us he didn't know cassones RV and didn't know it sold!
At this point we where very concerned.
After this they wouldn't answer our calls

BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are scandalous. Do not buy from them without getting a pre purchase inspection checklist in hand (if you can actually get them to give you one which I doubt because I asked for one 4 times prior to my purchase and 2 times after and they told me they would give it to me but never did). Even if they give you one I would check everything and even witness a flood test on the gray and black water tanks and test of the coolant system. Here is why.... Well, here we go. Took my RV in because it was overheating. Requested coolant check. Six billable hours later and they called to say I, “we performed 6 flushes and Recommend something called thermo-flush. Was told the vehicle would be fine for 10,000 miles. 30 (THIRTY) miles later and engine overheated to 240. Took my RV to another service center and what they drained from my radiator was unreal given Cassones allegedly performed 6 flushes and then wanted to perform some sort of advanced treatment on the 3rd day. I purchased an RV from this company in June. I was part of a FB group that focused on the brand I was looking for asking questions and getting info, so when I completed the purchase I posted photos of my RV as new owners often do on that group. It turns out that the RV was on consignment to Cassones RV, and the owner of the rig found out from that post that his rig had been sold. He asked me what I paid for it (I was not aware I was talking to the owner) and I told him. In the mean time, Cassones told him it sold for significantly less, obviously intending to improve their commission by lying

We needed to have the braking system installed on our vehicle that we are towing behind our motorcoach and these guys knocked it out of the park! While I think the technician and fabricating crew and painters are excellent the owner and service manager have a problem with communication. I can call them several times without a reply. After continuous calls they finally call back to see what the issue it. I recommend their service but management leaves something to be desired.

I have no idea how this business got good ratings. I called them to address a couple of problems with my motor home which is parked literally right next to them. The Service Mgr and a tech showed up the next day to inspect the issues which consisted primarily of fabricating a flat-screen TV mount, a torn slide out awning and a sticky slide out. They left promising an estimate. That was five weeks ago. I've called the Service Mgr twice to figure out what's going on and after a bunch of evasive BS have not even heard from them in almost a month. I should mention that I turned to Cassones

We had a 24 foot camper we wanted to consign. Tess came and inspected it. She went over the consignment agreement with us. After signing the contract, they came and picked up the camper. It only took a couple months for it to sell. Jason worked hard to get the sale. We feel we got a reasonable price for it. Thank you to all at Cassones.

I purchased my RV in February 2016 and took out of state delivery in California. The title process was terrible...it took almost four months to get clear title despite paying cash at the dealership.
There were a few issues noted before we left that lot that the owner and salesman said they would take care (some of which they put in writing), some issues were not disclosed...that would have caused us to either walk away or negotiate a better deal. We stopped here to see on the possibility of having our rig's dash AC looked at; Richard (I presume he is the owner?) was welcoming and reassured us that it would be no problem to have it looked at the next morning (which is when we requested as we were rolling out later that day). Five Star Customer Service. I am so happy we used Yelp to discover Cassones RV to prepare our fifth wheel for traveling this summer. We had our RV cleaned inside and out including exterior waxed. Also, we had the wheels and brakes checked. The outcome was a "like new" fifth wheel that made me love it all over again. Richard made sure every detail was taken care of above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable and hands-on.

We had a most bizarre experience. Our RV slide actually fell off its slide guide and would not retract. We contacted two RV repair facilities who sent out representatives who said the work could only be performed in their shop. Ever try to get an RV moving with its slide extended? Doesn't work. We called smooth finish. Their rep came out, evaluated the issue, and told us he'd be back in a few hours. He returned with two other technicians, winches, jacks, and a variety of other equipment. I love this place. Damn friendly, reasonable prices, & very knowledgable techs. They give honest opinions & good advice. I'm still kicking myself for bringing my trailer to World Wide RV down the street. After a week of frustration I pulled it here and everything was resolved within 48hrs and at a better price point. Ask for Chad. They need to clone that guy.
