Nate, Daniel, Adriaan, Ron and Ken were awesome and very friendly. They answered all my dumb questions without giving me the "what are you stupid or something" look you get from many employees now a days. If you need an awesome trailer, accessories or overlanding gear, don't go further than Turtleback trailers! 5 stars plus an extra one for good measure.

We absolutely love the Turtleback crew. Great people and great trailers. Our expedition is beyond a shadow of a doubt a game changer for camping and ruggedness. It goes anywhere we want and does it with ease. We've spent a good amount of time just hanging out and getting new toys.

Barry and the team at Turtleback trailers continue to impress me with their amazing customer service. I bought my trailer a year ago and have recently decided to upgrade my tires. The tires did not have adequate clearance and through the limitations of COVID-19, the team helped diagnose the problem from 900 miles away! They sent me the parts I needed (gratis) within two days and I was up and running! I am very thankful for the Turtleback Herd!

Products look amazing and I'm sure they're top notch. If only they would respond to one of my many emails. Was curious if they offered used trailers. And if they had the RTT on display. I'm not sure which one to get (Bundaberg or Byron). I live in San Diego and would have to make the trek up there to decide. They're the closest 23zero supplier. Bummer

I dare you to find a company that has more integrity than this one. We bought a Turtleback trailer from Dave a couple of years ago. Well after my son and I trip through Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho this past summer we just dried all our equipment and buttoned her up. I opened the camper up to find the cabinetry had molded and warped due to a broken copper ring and a pretty bad water leak. We were devastated after texting some pictures back and forth Dave said bring it in and we will fix it. After about a month we got out trailer back practically new. New cabinets and stove and pulls. Stopped in today to get some paperwork and compare trailers. The staff is super helpful and informative. We took away info on The Adventure trailer and the getaway trailer. These are heavy duty built trailers. Cannot wait to own one!

Our family bought an expedition trailer in August of 2017. It has been the most amazing addition to our family camping experience. We have taken it over 13,000 ft mountain passes in Colorado as well as off the beaten path camping spots. This is our favorite way to get away.
Dave and his team gave us exemplary customer service. They made sure we understood all the options as well as their benefits and helped guide us to the accessories we needed. Everything about our trailer just works for us. The build quality is amazing and you can tell that every part of the trailer has been well thought out

We have had our expedition trailer for just under one year and are absolutely loving it. Today we purchased a 23Zero Byron Roof Top Tent from Turtleback Trailers. They were incredibly helpful through the process. They offered to assemble and install the tent for a bit over $100, or were fine with us assembling and installing it there prior to bringing home. We assembled ourselves and also realized that their quoted Install price would’ve been fair. It took us about an hour or so. Not too challenging but a fair amount of work and makes sense why no one would install it for free. I’ve owned my Expedition trailer for nearly 2 years now. One word I would use is awesome. Dave, Kevin and their entire crew are great to deal with. The knowledge and helpful attitudes and the fact they use their own product extensively speaks for the quality and design of their trailers. This trailer will go way more places than my Raptor can go and has proven very trailworthy. It pulls easily and tracks really well, even at high speeds. We made a last minute trip to Alabama Hills near Lone Pine, CA to enjoy better weather before winter rains arrive in the Pacific NW. We camped for 5 nights. The Turtle Back Trailer was wonderful to use. The wife loved the shower and the Kitchen was the best. Having 40 gals of water to use with the hot water heated was a plus. Doing the dishes with a sink and hot water made the after cooking clean up much faster and enjoyable.

I purchased a Turtleback Expedition Trailer in June of this year after the Overland West Expo . Dave and Kevin ( his shop foreman ) have been excellent to work with. I damaged a couple of small things on my Turtleback after my first couple of uses and Dave's team fixed them with really no questions asked. I can tell you, you're not just buying a trailer you're also joining a really neat community. Very satisfied with my purchase.
