We had a last minute party, l called and order tables and chairs for 50 guests the evening before the party. Very friendly staff was able to fulfill my request and delivered the tables and chairs ealry the next afternoon. Definitely will call them for the next party! I booked the jumper, tables and chairs a week in advance and that wasn't an issue for them.

I will never use this company, you get what you pay for. Suppose to have a baby shower but due to a complicated pregnancy we had to move the date 2 months before the party which they did comply with, but when we had to move the date a 2nd time and this was 3 months before the party because she was hospitalized they said no, and now they are holding our full $150 deposit and wont return even a portion of the deposit. There not returning anyone's calls so we can try and work out something else we keep getting voice mails. Not sure where there hearts are but can tell you they don't have one. There

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PARTY NEEDS!!! They were the least expensive we found so we went with them. Bad idea! The day of my baby shower they were late 1 HOUR to deliver my tables, chairs and linens. I rented a place for my event so they had to be there on time since I was limited on time. My guests started arriving and we didn’t have any tables or chairs!! Their excuse via text was they were busy. I told them to pick up the stuff at 530 because I had to turn in the place at 6. We left the venue at 630pm and they STILL weren’t there to pick up the stuff. Such an unprofessional company!!

Absolutely the worst!!!!! There should be a column for negative stars. I contacted them in regards to a jumper rental and they were quick to request a deposit from Venmo. Once paid everything seemed smooth Roxana would answer any questions or concerns I had. UNTIL!!! The date of my party. Just set down tables (the tables had pieces of tablecloths from previous events stuck to them) and chairs with no setup. Day of pick up, they suggested that we just leave our gates open and they'll come by eventually. We had to contact them first to get any kind of pick up.
Save yourself the hassle and headache and go with another company.

My suggestion to everyone go with a different company! KB rentals is very unprofessional! So unprofessional that the day of our party they decided to cancel 2 hours before our party! We ordered October 1st chairs, tables, and a jumper for a party on October 20th. I Will never use your services again! Luckily we were able to find PA & TENAS jumpers and gifts last min they took our order and delivered in record time! KB rentals is obviously unorganized and uncaring about party needs don't be fooled by the price, because it's true what they say you pay for what you get! Awful company

If I had a choice you don't even deserve the 1 star! You ruined my little nephews birthday!!! The bday party was June 30th and the water slide was a NO show! After many attempts to contact anyone the sent a text that they weren't gonna show! An APOLOGY would've been nice!!!

I really was hesitant on this bad review. The only reason I am giving two stars is because they slightly worked with me on price due to the mixup. My daughter's third birthday was this past Saturday. It was Frozen themed. I ordered three tables, chairs and a jumper with the Frozen banner. Got a quote for &75. They would deliver Saturday between 10 and 12:30. My party started at 1:30, so I figured if they were on the later side at 12:30 I would still have time to cover the tables and clean the chairs.

I should have listened to reviews!!!! Pretty much get what you pay for nothing fancy nothing really pleasing to customers satisfaction. Had an issue and they weren't really accommodating at all. Defiantly a small business. Waited forever for jumper to be picked up had to text back and fourth all day as if it were my resposibility.I will be choosing another party rental place next time. id rather pay extra money to get better quality equipment and professional customer service.would defiantly not recommend and listen to all the reviews they don't lie!

DO NOT WASTE your time with this so called "business." I ordered a party package to be delivered to my son's birthday party but they never showed during the time slot they had given me. They didn't even call...I had to call them to find out what was going on. They told me they were having "car problems" and running late but would be there in an hour. An hour passed and still no tables, chairs, or jumper! I had to call back again and my calls were being ignored. When they finally called me back I was told they could get there at 3pm. The party started at 1pm!!! These people are completely unprofessional

Good luck to the company but so unprofessional. After agreed time and price 10-1pm. He called around 11am and said he would arrive at 130pm. The last talk we had he said 330pm. We had to cancel due to the unprofessional behavior and broken verbal contract. If you read the reviews the business does this a lot. Save your time and worry and just look for another company.

I was dissapointed with the service. I looked up jumper rentals and chose them because they had 4.4 star rating, such a lie! First they don't answer their phone, they will only respond by text. Then they tell you that they will deliver between 10-1 window . Then they told me they would show up at 1:13 per GPS, then they text saying they will show up at 2:30. As a consumer I will never use them, they left me helpless and having to find another service provider. They need to work on their customer service skills. So sad, and left disappointed.

This place is a joke! I used them once for my daughters birthday party in February and they were great. They delivered the jumper the night before the party and picked it up the morning after. Their prices are also cheaper than others in the area so I thought I'd use them again today. I called yesterday to see if they had anything available last minute and the person I text replied back he did and they could deliver Saturday (today). Great! I thought.

HORRIBLE!!!! Worst company ever!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... We ordered a large party package with tables, chair, canopy and jumpers for my grandsons 1st birthday party... They only respond via txt. Said they wanted to drop off the night before due to multiple deliveries. But, never showed up. They txt on Saturday and said they would arrive by 12 noon. Then again txt they will come at 130pm... They NEVER SHOWED UP. Never answered the phone or responded to any of our texts. We had to start looking for other jumper places last minute. I hate leaving bad reviews but... My party was on Saturday, lady texted me thursday asking if they could drop off the stuff on thursday between 5pm-7pm I said yes with no extra charge. 9pm and still haven't came. They got here almost at 10pm. I ordered chairs, tables, heaters and a jumper. When we set up the jumper Saturday it was old and had a big hole threw the side. A little torn with this one, the pricing was REALLY good and I was glad they took the time to clean the jumper inside and out when it was set up the night before as I always worry about dirty jumpers. However I do have to agree with some of the reviews about the down side to it as well. They were supposed to arrive Friday at 5 and I waited and waited finally around 8:45 they arrived to deliver. I agree that the tables did need cleaning but I expected I always clean them anyway so no biggie. I was concerned that the extension to the jumper was almost completely torn off and could be a major fire
