Had a last minute order for 100 chairs for a wedding and they made it happen 4 days before the big day. Great customer service, on time, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again for all of our party needs. I recently had a formal event catered by This company and I must say that is was flawless.
Our photobooth company didn't provide any backdrops that fit the theme of our 15,000 event and on the spot Party Pro put together a backdrop that was perfect for the occasion. I organize events often and will be using this company again in the future. They did a gender reveal 3 ft black balloon and added the small balloons and everything for $20! I callled about 8 different party supply stores and no one had these 3 ft balloons in stock!

Due to the national change shortage, we ask that you pay in exact change or card/mobile pay. Fitting rooms are currently not permitted therefor, no one is allowed to try on any costumes, masks or accessories. As always, seasonal items are final sale. II'm very disappointed in this shop I have been going there for the last 5 to 6 events renting tablecloths and purchasing decorations for my events. Today (Wednesday) I went in to pick up tablecloths that I rented on Monday 2 days before. Unfortunately I had to cut my order in half due to the high winds in Fontana I had to make some adjustments to my event. I have another event coming up the next weekend and asked if I could shift my order around. They would not accommodate me in any way. I would never do this to customers, I will no longer do business with them. I don't mind paying

Unfortunately our experience has not been the best. First off we stopped by for a quote and the man at the counter told us he would be calling us back on Monday to let us know if they had the tablecloths we wanted. By Wednesday I had still not received a call and when I called to ask about the table cloths they told me they would have to call me back because they weren't sure what I was talking about. 5 stars I tell you! Party Pro became my lifesaver! The moment that I walked in was the moment that I knew I came to the right place.I was looking for balloons for my baby girl's graduation back in June and I was quite fascinated at all the balloons that they had to offer.It's like if I was in balloon wonderland. The two girls that were working there welcomed me with such enchantment and delight and one of them helped me pick out the perfect balloons to make my wonderful daughter smile on her graduation day. I am so glad I came to Party Pro and I will delightfully visit again!

I was on the hunt for a balloon marquee for my son's 18th birthday, because of COVID-19 a big celebration was not possible but we still wanted to give him something festive and fun. Party Pro came through, Sal created a beautiful Galaxy themed marquee that wowed an otherwise unenthusiastic teen. He went out of his way to help us create a theme and really delivered with his creativity. The store is clean and they have strict guidelines in place for the number of patrons allowed inside, during this time of uncertainty, it is nice to see a business that cares about the well being of their patrons

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My mom rented linens for my baby shower this past Saturday and the quality was beyond awful ! The linens had oil stains, rips, and cut outs in the center. She ordered a particular length for the size of tables we had and the look we were going for and all of them were different. When we called to notify them as we were trying to use them they advised they have "spares" we can go pick up, what more of a inconvenience than it already was trying to salvage linens and cut back tables because that many were bad. Very nice staff. The manager Sal is really nice and helped me in the middle of a mini last minute crisis I was beginning to have. I like that he was tentative to my need as the customer and not so focused on the money. All of the girls who work in the store were really nice too. Any questions I had or anytime I called they were always very patient and asked and explained everything. That's what customer service is. I'm new in the city and had my first event and found them on YELP. I will definitely be using Party Pro again for future events! Thanks again for everything. :)

This place is a joke! The store has no air conditioner in the middle of the dessert. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of Salvador, he never returns e-mails, calls or anything. I came down and waited for him although I had an appointment and he was extremely slow. My event is coming up in a few weeks.What do I have to do to get a CC authorization form so I can pay for my event. It sucks because Fontana is a small town and not many party supply stores.

The only reason I'm writing a negative review is due to pricing. It's seems extremely off. Now I did call with a weeks notice but that shouldn't affect the pricing. I found party pro thru yelp. I called a few days ago and spoke with a nice lady and gave her my info and she was going to call me back with pricing. After playing phone tag and I got a hold of someone yesterday. The gentleman was nice as well and and he placed me on hold while he put pricing together. I was sticker shocked when he came back with the quote! I wanted 5 60' round table, 40 chairs and a canopy. So pleased with my visit to party pros today. Both associates (one was the manager) bent over backwards to help us including making recommendations that will save us money. The visit was to secure rental items for our upcoming wedding and they had just about everything we need for our big day! I also would like to point out that their prices are considerably cheaper than most other party rental locations.

I recently had a formal event in which rentals and decorations were supplied by this company. I must say it was beautifully, BEAUTIFULLY done! Every centerpiece, every seat cover, every linen, all light fixtures, and just every single detail was to perfection! Salvador and Oti did a phenomenal job all around. They showed great customer service and were very accommodating to the wants and needs of the event theme. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected! I will most definitely be booking them for future events! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!
