A very good experience with the Lyfe Marine team. Crystal served as our “Sherpa” to get all the heavy lifting done on permits, coordinating with the county engineering department, and sending all the required info to Duke Energy – keeping us up to date on progress along the way. She also completed all the scheduling for our pier and dock maintenance, painting, and piling replacement. No easy effort with all the moving parts and schedules. We’re very happy with our refurbished pier and dock and look forward to many years of continued use.

Update June 2021- Randy and his team did more work for me on my dock and continue to be the best! They did engine and cosmetic repairs on my boat lift and dock. They’re also doing rip rap clean up for me. Jazz is fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and to the highest quality! Great person! Thank you Randy and team!

Randy and his crew at Lyfe Marine did an excellent job on our rip rapt. The crew kept us informed thru out the day on their progress with our project. They cleaned up the area involved and left our yard in great condition even tho they had used heavy equipment to move the rocks. I recommend Randy and Lyfe Marine to anyone who is looking for work on their rip rapt. Price was very reasonable for everything involved in our scope of project.

I honestly do not think we could have had a better experience. This was a 5-slip shared dock so a big project. Absolutely amazing customer service. Randy is great and our PM, Christian, was so attentive and professional. They went above and beyond and not a single overage. Their crew was there every day from early morning until evening until the project was complete. And the final project looks amazing. We honestly couldn't be happier.

The landing to our floating dock on Mt. Island Lake was badly damaged by the flooding that occurred in June of 2019. We had several contractors bid on rebuilding it, but we decided to hire Lyfe Marine. Randy Jordan's quote was detailed and straight forward. The dock builders Francisco Martinez and Gerardo Gonzalez are very skilled at their craft and hard workers. Christian came by to do some finish work and built the nice bench seen on the right, as well as several other features. Mike Kroll and Jonny Sanders made sure all of the construction debris was picked up when the work was completed. Jaz

We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our dock. This company is professional, attentive, helpful and all around pleasant to work with. From start to finish, we had a a great experience. Randy, the owner was easy to work with and was helpful in determining the best layout for our dock. Jason, our project manager was professional, pleasant, accommodating and always accessible. The demolition crew headed up by Christian were neat and thorough and cleaned up the site nicely. And we can't say enough about the construction crew. We just cannot say enough good things about Lyfe Marine. We have had several different dock repair companies attempt to fix different issues with our dock over the last four years. With each of them we had problems with various things - getting them to answer their phone or return messages, getting them to come out at the dates and times they said they would, or correctly identify and properly fix the issues we had, etc. Many places around Lake Norman said they wouldn’t make repairs, only build brand new docks. We finally found Lyfe Marine and were instantly impressed. They are extremely professional

Randy is phenomenal. When purchasing a house that had a very short inspection window, I called Randy to inspect my boat dock and lift. He was very responsive and was able to address my request in a very timely fashion. His inspection was very thorough and he made the process very easy. Once I purchased my house, I hired Randy and his team to make the recommended repairs to the dock. Randy and his team were very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Lyfe Marine and will use them for any future dock work I need completed.
