Wow! Where should I start…Cheryl and I and had a flawless and enjoyable boat purchase. Ed Florentino was a wonderful guide. He took us through each model and option during the sales phase, answered questions, and made himself available during and after hours for questions. He was very helpful in the purchase phase with recommendations regarding insurance, maintenance time tables and how to prep as a boat owner. Sharma was the registration and financial guru.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new Regal. We had a hard time deciding on a boat but Ed Florentino listened to our needs and pointed us in the perfect direction. We absolutely love our boat. Everyone at Talley’s spent an enormous amount of time with us and were very patient with us. The time Ed spent with us upon delivery of the boat, going over the motor, battery, anchoring, docking, etc. was invaluable. We had a very pleasant buying experience at Talley’s Pier 77 Marine. Recently, we purchased a condo on Lake Norman to be our weekend getaway, and we wanted a boat to take advantage of being on the water. I contacted Ed Florentino at Talley’s. He came highly recommended from several reviews that I have read. I looked at used boats first and then decided buying new was a better option for me. Great place to buy a boat. The entire staff is friendly, professional and VERY knowledgeable. I was shopping to replace a pontoon boat with a high performance tri-toon. Sales associate, former Navy officer Ed Florentino took the time to explain the differences between the many different manufacturers and what to look for in a great performing boat. He found a lightly used Manitou located on the lake and arranged for a same day test ride. After the test ride I was convinced this guy knew his stuff making the buying decision easier. I have been shopping for a cabin cruiser for well over a year. I have had my fair share of failed sea trials/failed inspections/pushy dealers/uneducated brokers etc. This family owned Dealership has provided top rate service from the start. I am not an easy sale, just closed today and I received exceptional service during every step of my boat shopping process. We just bought our 280 Regal from Billy Talley last week. What an amazing experience! We absolutely love this boat but the customer service we received from them from beginning to end just blew us away! We've had other boats before and the service from other dealers just doesn't compare. They are amazing at Talley's!! If you're looking for a boat, go see Billy at Talley's Marina in Lake Norman.
