I will give minus star if I can. On my first visit, I was asked to pay at the full price of around 179$ and the front desk told me they would return me by check if my insurance covered it. After two weeks, I called them as I still can't see this claim on my insurance account. They said my insurance didn't include dental. It is funny as my insurance includes medical, dental, mental and pharmacy. I asked them twice to file all the information to the insurance company. I still can't see ii in my insurance account.
