Columbia Plastic Surgery specializes in cosmetic or aesthetic surgery procedures such as facelifts, forehead lifts, nose surgery, lips, chin, breast reduction, abdominoplasty and liposuction. Aesthetic or Cosmetic surgery can improve one's normal physical appearance and, therefore, enhance his or her quality of life by building confidence and self-esteem.
At CPS, we make the cost of surgery more affordable from your first visit. We charge a nominal consultation fee that is payable prior to your visit. If you schedule surgery we deduct the consultation fee from your surgical fee, so that your consultation really costs nothing. Your visits following surgery are also at no cost.
At Columbia Plastic Surgery, we are committed to delivering the best possible care, while minimizing costs. However, cosmetic surgery is elective, and therefore not covered by insurance. This requires patients to pay in full for their procedures. Luckily, there are payment options which make plastic surgery still feasible and affordable.
An increasing number of men in all walks of life are seeking improvement in their appearance through plastic surgery, as our society emphasizes the importance of looking young and fit. Older men competing against their youthful counterparts may feel that their appearance inhibits their professional advancement in the job market.

My husband had a 1:00 appt. on a Friday. Got there at ten till. Still there after 2:00. When the appt was made he wasn't put in their computer. Kept telling us he was next, they were getting him a room ready. By 2:15 we were so furious after sitting and being told lies we left. I also missed 3 hours of work for nothing.
