My experience with Greenleaf Developers was top of the line. Peter and his crew did a fantastic job on our house! They took our 1950's house into the 21st century. We used Greenleaf Developers to do a front and back addition, and to turn our existing dining room space into a bedroom . Peter had great ideas on how to meet our needs and then some. He gave us a plan for our budget, they were always clear on price changes or things that could not be done. Communication was very easy, we had a great experience with Greenleaf. Construction timetable was met and project even completed a few weeks earlier than projected by Greenleaf. We now have a beautiful 4 bedroom ranch with a two beautiful additions, new front brick elevation and windows and couldn’t be happier
