We were able to host a community event (April, 2021) in the BEAUTIFUL space of A. Perry Homes. It is really a special place with indoor and outdoor rooms that flow easily. Anthony is generous with his community spirit to share such lovely space. Jessica was onsite to answer any and all questions we may have. Thank you A. I contacted A Perry homes to help with remodeling (painting, flooring, removing cabinetry) and building a bathroom in a home I was purchasing. I am moving from out of state, and they were recommended to me. I called on 7/9 and did not receive a call back until 7/12. I explained the projects to him on the phone and sent a follow up email with photos and floor plans of the home. He agreed to come the following Wednesday (7/15). He did not correspond with me during or after the agreed time. I sent a follow up email late in the evening on 7/16. The response on 7/16 was that "It doesn't feel

I worked with Anthony Perry to host a Christmas Party for the volunteers Junior League Evanston North Shore. A. Perry Homes have been supporters of our organization and when we approached them about allowing us to use their showroom as our venue, they were more than accommodating. As a not for profit we really struggle finding venues for events like this and not many places are willing to work with our small budget. We recently finished a major renovation of our home, which included an addition. We are very pleased with the final product. A Perry and their subcontractors did a fantastic job, as if they were working in their own homes. The craftsmanship is meticulous. Tom Ellison, the superintendent on the project, was amazing to work with. He kept the project on track every step of the way, and we moved back in exactly on the date we had anticipated. It's rare that a major project finishes on time. I work extensively with builders and buyers and I can honestly say that these guys are some of the best. They are detail oriented and perfectionists, never forgetting the clients needs and wants. Aesthetically, the homes are beautiful and, more importantly, they are very well built!

The A. Perry Homes Design Studio is a magnificent space and it was a wonderful place to host our Women, Wealth, Worry and The Art of Doing Good event. The design studio is beautiful and our guests loved being in this extraordinary space. The outdoor space with heaters and a gas fire pit was fantastic on a chilly fall evening. These guys are a class act!! We are so fortunate to have them in our community. Their showroom has added wonderful curb appeal to the neighborhood with the amazing outdoor patio they created that can be seen from the street. Inside their showroom displays their impeccable taste and creative designs - they have a powder room with a disco ball!

There was outstanding, delicious food from Norton's Steakhouse, NaKorn an urban Thai kitchen, as well as others. This included watermelon with cured salmon and mango and coconut Sweet Sticky Rice along with steak shish kabobs.
However, the stand out of the evening for me, was the A. Perry Homes studio and showrooms in this location. This location is a resource for the community, hosting events for nonprofits, Community organizations and educational groups.

What a fabulous family architecture and construction firm! We were attracted to them initially because we had heard so much about the awards that they have won and the positive words from friends and neighbors. We used the A. Perry Showroom for a school fundraiser, and everything about it was top notch. The professionalism of the A. Perry team, in setting up and helping us with logistics was excellent. The space itself became the star of the evening- it's hands down one of the neatest places to host an event on the North Shore. The facilities are amazing - it's quite the showroom for their work. We are so lucky to have a business as community-minded as A. Perry Homes in downtown Wilmette! The generously opened their beautiful second floor showroom to our preschool for our annual fall community building event. Despite the below 40 degree temps, we used both the indoor and outdoor space, heated with amazing heaters and a gorgeous gas fire pit. All our guests loved the space, which highlights the quality of A. Perry Homes design and craftsmanship. What wonderful people to work with! I want to sincerely thank A. Perry for generously giving of their beautiful space this past weekend for our local elementary school's annual fundraiser. We had over 200 people attend and it was a huge success. Everyone commented on how gorgeous, clever and interesting the space was and they were grateful that, because of the donation, more of the ticket price they paid went right back to the school instead of on a rental fee. Hillary and Tony were wonderful to work with and selflessly gave of their time on multiple occasions to meet with us and give us ideas

They do great things for the community, offering their space to local non profits and businesses to help build the community. The rooftop organic garden feeds kids in the city and a food pantry.
