Amy Regina, RD
Amy Boltz Regina is a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist working in Monmouth County, NJ. Amy also holds a Personal Training Certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Currently, Amy provides individual nutrition counseling to help clients to achieve their unique nutrition goals whether it be weight management, sports nutrition, disease management or just to improving overall quality of life.

Prior to working in Private Practice, Amy had over a decade of experience establishing and running nutrition programs in two prestigious orthopeadic practices (The Rothman Institute and the Hartzband Center for Hip and Knee Replacements). In addition to providing individual nutrition counseling, Amy frequently presents on various nutrition topics throughout the community.

Amy provides clients with an in-depth assessment and comprehensive plan tailored toward their individual goals and lifestyles.
We will bill your insurance provider and you will be responsible for the balance of the payment. If your plan does not cover nutrition counseling, there are possible tax savings available that can assist in paying for your program. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, we would be happy to verify your coverage for you.
