Deb Peterson was my coach when I was trying to lose weight many years ago. We talked in detail about my lifestyle and what would work for me. We talked on a weekly basis, and it was fun receiving care packages in the mail each week with different reading materials and strategies. I ended up losing about 15 pounds and feeling great.
