The woman who checked us in was inviting and friendly. The OD was great with my five year old. He really took his time and had a ton of patience with my daughter. The woman who measured her for her glasses was rude. I could not stand her, she took forever and ignored me. The receptionist had to answer my questions because she was just awful. She even answered a personal phone call while I was in the middle of a sentence; without even saying she would be just a second or anything. Then she actually “shushed” my daughter because her phone call was more important. Just a horribly out of touch
