Harris Schlecker obtained a Not Guilty Verdict on ALL charges in a First Degree Murder case, including Second Degree Murder; First Degree Assault and related charges in the Circuit Court for Cecil County, Maryland. After a 4-day jury trial, the jury deliberated for less than an hour after Ms. Harris' blistering closing argument regarding the State's witnesses and the lack of evidence that her client was involved in the murder.

After being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you must protect yourself and you drivers license. I was charged with a crime that I did not commit. Mr. Brown listened to the facts as I presented them to him, asked in depth and thought provoking questions and guided me through the process. In the end the truth prevailed thanks to Tom. My charges went away as did my bogus protective order. Mr. Brown is worth every cent that I paid him. While I hope to never be in this situation again, my first call would be to Tom if I was.
