Attorney Hill is a licensed attorney in Maryland and Washington D.C. Justin attained his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. He also obtained a Master of Science in Forensic Studies from Stevenson University and a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Stevenson University. He participated in the Stevenson University Forensic Journal while pursuing the Master of Science.
Our firm sits down with the client and discusses the goals and wishes of the client's estate. We can draft your Will to your wishes and desires to how you want your property distributed at that time. We can also draft a Power of Attorney for financial decisions and/or medical decisions. We can also draft an advanced directive to direct the hospital how to act in certain medical situations.
Sometimes a limited divorce or a legal separation is appropriate in some situations. The advantages and disadvantages can be discussed with our firm in order to decide what is best for you. We help residential landlords with evicting tenants. This involves evicting tenants for breaching the lease agreement or for failing to pay the rent.

I hired Justin to take a look at a case of mine after talking with a few other lawyers about the issue. Justin was very professional and made me feel confident about my case, whereas the other lawyers made it seem like it was more complicated than it really was. I can't thank him enough for that!
