Mabble Media is hands down the best, and it comes from the top down. Co-owner, Liz Mumford, is professional, quick both in response time and in her work, creative, and most of all, she does it all with a smile on her face and with incredible kindness. That attitude and those attributes have trickled down to her team and every person that I've worked and interacted with at Mabble is the same; an absolute delight. Your money and your time will not be wasted with this company. I hope to continue to work with them for many, many years to come.

Before working with Mabble on 2 very different businesses, we met with 2 of their competitors here in Reno. Our needs were vast and varied. Photography, logo, graphic design, business naming, art direction, website creation, social media management, SEO, copywriting, sign creation ..... Thats a lot! I grilled all 3 companies equally.
Vast differences in a few areas became obvious very quick which led to selecting Mabble to help us with these tasks.

First sit down was great; unfortunately, after asking the co-owner to reassure me of their efforts and after doing the research on copyrights for a pre-made logo myself (after asking the team to do the research), I was dismmised as a client and told to go elsewhere.
They are charging a high amount to use squarespace as a website, instead of coding and doing one from scratch and seem to be happy with losing business instead of earning it by competing with local design compaines.
Sad to say that their customer satisfaction and retainment is well below par (co-owner specifically).

I have the highest words of appreciation for excellence. Mabbie did our wedding video and I could not more pleased. I barely knew they were there and yet they captured every special moment. The highlight video they did for me to show at our ceremony in Seattle was as a perfect recap that was so good I put on the internet!! Then he sent our full ceremony in such a classy box with the flashdrive ... I gave it to my husband as a surprise and he thought the box and flashdrive were the present it was so impressive. LOL

I worked with the Mabble team as a consultant for one of their clients (non-wedding). They are very professional and flexible in terms of working out agreements and moving along timelines. I love their mission to change the face of Reno as the city continues to develop. I'm excited to watch them grow as people discover the high level of talent here. They're small, but definitely pack a punch.

Bobby is a freaking genius! As a photographer we work with a lot of videographers and Mabble Media is my #1 recommendation. Not only is their work incredible, the team is SO easy to work with and so much fun. You spend you whole day with your photographers and videographers, you want a group of people you can laugh with and really feel yourself around. Bobby and his team are those people. Don't think twice... just hire them!! You will NOT regret it.

Bobby was the videographer at my wedding and did an excellent job. He was there from start to finish and shot every second of our special day.
He is excellent at capturing every moment without feeling like the camera is on you.
He is reasonably priced and did an amazing job on our wedding video.
He gave me all of the footage from our ceremony and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
He did an excellent job telling our story and he did not kill our budget which is important when you are trying to pay for a wedding.

Mabble did our wedding videography, and two years later their work still makes my eyes swell up with tears. It was a pleasure having the team around and not awkward or invasive in away way. We definitely plan on using their services for any other needs we have and recommend them to everyone that has an ear!

I don't write reviews often, but I have to say that I felt compelled to do so after receiving our wedding video from Mabble Media. Bobby did such a great job! He blended in so well on the day of the event, we hardly knew he was there, and he far surpassed our expectations upon receipt of our edited video which just captured the whole event beautifully. He was so open to incorporating what we wanted, making any changes we wanted, adding music that was meaningful to us, etc., but ultimately I don't think we changed a thing from the first version he sent!! My husband and I got married this past July in South Lake Tahoe. Deciding on whether or not to invest in a videographer was a difficult decision (as weddings are already expensive as is).
