Awakening is a body of artwork that Sara Zimmerman is currently working on, starting from the end of 2016 to present. It encompasses the idea of coming into realization of what is illusion versus reality, the layers that shape our lives, creator- versus victim-hood, and what she wants to express to the world.
Sara Zimmerman's "Healing" series reflects her path of finding physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through art, many alternative healing modalities, and mindfulness. Sara created these works to serve as a visual reminder for her to truly feel the energy of peace, harmony, abundance, love, joy, bliss, oneness, and to provide that same energy for the viewer.
