I hate to leave this review because I really liked this place but they crossed the line. I have been here several times and they do good work, however they can get a bit pushy on making appointments. They made one for me and I asked to be flexible on it because my mother was in Hospice and it was getting to a time when I didn't know if I would be able to make appointments. Sure enough my mother went into critical care and passed the day of my appointment. Mind you I did cancel the night before but it wasn't within 24hrs. I called them to explain but no help. I came here on the recommendation of a friend and am so glad I did! Mary was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly and took her time talking to me about my skin and the BBL process, never once did I feel like she was in a rush. Then I headed to Emily for Botox and received the same friendly and expert treatment. I feel confident that I will be looking my best after putting myself in such confident hands. My friend brought me in for an IV for the first time and I had a very pleasant experience. It was so kind and generous of him to offer this but I am so glad I said yes! The staff were all so nice and personable- definitely made me feel very comfortable. I have been fighting this left over sinus infection and I needed a boost of vitamins to get myself back on track!

We came to the Scottsdale area to do some camping & rock climbing. While here, I needed to get some Botox for my frown lines, since my last injection had worn off. I chose Esthetic Solutions because of the many positive reviews and so glad I did. They were super accommodating to my schedule, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and Emily was amazing!!! She took the time to introduce herself and talk about my options. When she injected, she used a machine that vibrated so there was no pain. I will definitely go back next time we're in the area.
