Hazel & Olive is named after my great grandmother Hazel Olive. Grandma Hazel taught me everything about fashion and passed down her love of sewing to me! I started this business in my tiny apartment in 2012 with $300. I was determined to provide the best customer service, low pricing and great quality.

I have been shopping at Hazel and Olive online for 7 years now. They always have the cutest items for affordable prices and run true to size. Everything I've bought is good quality (I still have a dress from 2014 I wear regularly). I have even seen the SAME item on other boutique sites for more money. They have a great rewards program for customers. They make returns easy by providing a USPS return label in every shipment and their customer service is extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed shopping here previously. But every time I see an ad for H&O I go to look at a an item that I like and it’s sold out especially in smaller sizes or it’s coming soon. I understand things going out of stock but it’s every time I look at anything on the website. Unfortunately it makes it feel pointless to browse because nothing is ever in stock or you have get on a wait list.

I’ve shopped at Hazel and Olive on and off for a few years and the quality of the clothes is OK. I loved the clothes they offered a few years back in terms of fashion but now it’s just not my style anymore (I’ll occasionally look and see something cute). For the price I think people deserve better quality clothes and I wish their return policy was extended to a few more days.
I do love the fast shipping they offer though, you won’t find that anywhere else.

This is the most appalling company I have ever dealt with on line. I was a long time dedicated customer. I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of clothing from this company over the past few years. First time purchasing with this boutique and ran into two problems. I bought a dress from Jessica Crum’s line and was sent the wrong size from what I ordered. When I received the correctly sized dress it had multiple holes that whoever made the dress missed. Very unfortunate since the dress was $40+.

I have had two large, online orders from Hazel and Olive and needed to email customer service for both (not their fault, I forgot to add my discount codes both times). When I forgot to add a discount code to my order they were super helpful and responsive, adding on the codes I forgot. My last shipment took over two weeks to get to me due to USPS delays (again not their fault) and my package was delivered after their refund window. I still sent returns back for items that didn’t fit, hoping they’d understand, and they did. Overall very understanding and responsive. Greatly appreciate them!

Super disappointed in Madison Vining's collection with Hazel and Olive. For a person like Madison who promotes healthy, non-toxic living, it's crazy to me that all the clothes are made of synthetic fabrics with toxic dyes, made in China and NOT certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production, which verifies ethical and safe manufacturing processes. That means we can safely assume these clothes are made in sweatshops, most likely with child labor and/or inhumane working conditions, and for inhumane wages. And, as if that's not bad enough, all the clothes come wrapped in single use plastic

I have ordered from Hazel and Olive a handful of times, and I always get my orders super quickly (within a couple of days!). All of their clothes are super cute, and fit well. I especially love their tops, jackets, and dresses! Honestly, can’t really go wrong with anything that they sell. And if something doesn’t go as planned, they make returns super easy as well. I placed an order online for a "sweatshirt". I received the item and the "sweatshirt" is extremely thin and poor quality. If anything it would be considered a lightweight long-sleeve tee. I contacted customer service regarding waiving the return fee since I feel the item is inaccurately described (not to mention, overpriced for the quality). They told me they couldn't help me with this issue and they could not waive the return shipping fee. I will not be ordering from Hazel and Olive again.

I saw a dress online and called to ask if it was only online or if i could come in store and try it on. they lady then told me that she could pull it from the warehouse so i could come in the next day to try it on. it was very crucial that i got this dress because i already bought shoes matching that dress after i was told i could come in and try it on. and i also need it for a banquet so it was pretty much a necessary that i got this white classy dress.

This is honestly one of my favorite places to shop from, online or in store. They seriously have so many cute items all of the time. I went to the actual store front a few months ago with my best friends and the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful! They offered me a dressing room immediately, honest opinions, and were able to find me anything I was looking for. There were a few items they did not have my size in but the girls found it for me online and got it shipped to me. If I could shop here everyday I would. My all time favorite boutique!! I was introduced by a friend from Rockwall. During rush week 2015 we needed a certain style dress and H&O had so many awesome selections and GREAT prices y'all. I used to always shop on red dress boutique but you can't get better prices. I live in Arlington and have often made the drive to Rockwall just to shop here. They are my go to and almost every Thursday I'm buying something during happy hour. The customer service is great and the girls are the sweetest!
