After having her son, aka Little Hipster, Mary Bowen, felt like moms of boys want to enjoy shopping at speciality children's boutiques as much as moms of girls do.

Wire and Honey is a small business that creates hip, urban clothing that represents the heart. While their designs aim to be fashion forward and pleasing to parents, KicKee customers are the babies. A children's line founded by illustrator Kelli Murray and inspired by her own little ones. Based on the Lil' Llama collection and characters, a Lil' Llama character design teething ring.

This place is the absolute best example of small business. The owner is friendly (very helpful) but not in your face trying to just sell you on stuff!
She has a basket of toys for kids to play with while you shop and is absolutely okay with them actual using them. Nothing is worse than a toy that isn't supposed to be touched. My daughter basically ran around crazy while she totally understand and laughed about it.
The clothes are adorable!! She gets shirts custom made that I was obsessed with as well.

Love love love , they have the cutest swim suits for the babies . I love that it's family owned , who doesn't like a mom/pop shop . You feel like you are at home what's better than that feeling . They had a huge sale so we bought my daughter a lot of kickee pants (blankets and pjs) . Which are her favorite but they can get so expensive especially when the babies just grow out of !

My sister and I stumbled upon this store by chance after having coffee at Pearl Cup. They have a wonderful selection of clothing. Everything is so adorable. We picked up several things for my 6-month old nephew, including a KISS onesie! We were also directed to shop their website, which we're looking forward to.

This store has carried great children's clothing online for several years and has just opened their first physical location! This makes it so much easier to buy cool clothes for boys and girls. The location is convenient with several other kid oriented places nearby. The owners are local too, which is always nice. I love supporting local business.
