Dr. Rosenbaum can perform breast augmentation by fat grafting, also known as fat transfer, or with breast implants. Both yield beautiful results. This surgical procedure involves the combination of a breast augmentation and breast lift to add volume and place the breasts higher on the chest. Dr. Rosenbaum is skilled in mastopexy, the surgical repositioning of the breast and areola to reveal a more youthful, perkier-appearing breast.
Following significant weight loss, a custom lift surgery removes excess and loose skin from your entire body for an overall toned appearance. Instead of silicone implants, autologous fat transfer surgery removes excess fat from unwanted areas and adds it to where you want more volume.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Rosenbaum and his office. I came to him after another doctor did a breast augmentation that went terribly wrong. I had an infection, it was painful, and I felt defeated. Dr. Rosenbaum confidently explained what the problem was, and what he would do to fix it, and then his office manager Nora (who is the sweetest lady ever!!!) scheduled me very quickly after. My surgery went perfectly. Im 7 months post op and would recommend Dr. Rosenbaum to everyone. I would attach a picture but I’m not sure thats allowed. Lol

My experience with Dr. Rosenbaum and his staff was amazing. Dr. Rosenbaum’s surgical performance was impeccable. After having my kids, my breasts were completely deflated, skin shriveled up, one much bigger than the other, and saggy. I had many different consultations prior to meeting Dr. Rosenbaum, all of them said I needed a lift and that they couldn't correct asymmetrical deformities. Dr. Rosenbaum performed a miracle with my breast augmentation! Love my results! My breasts are even more beautiful now than my pre-baby body.

BTW, don’t let anyone tell you that they like to mix like this and like that. What they are doing is watering down the product. It comes with its own lidocaine and it should be taken out of the box and into you skin..

Extremely happy with Doctor Rosenbaum, his office and staff. I had blepharoplasty done and am so happy. The doctor is friendly, comforting and explained every step along the way. I originally went to Dr. Rosenbaum for corrective breast surgery. I had a lumpectomy many years ago and my breasts were uneven. He did a fantastic job! So, when I needed eyelid surgery, of course I went back to Dr. Rosenbaum. He did the procedure in the office and I had minimal bruising. After it all healed up, my eyes looked amazing...no more droopy eyelids and my peripheral vision is back. He is very caring and takes time with his patients. I would definitely recommend using him for any services you need.

I was referred to the office of Dr. Rosenbaum by other people in the Mount Sinai health system. I had to get my breast implants removed and needed cosmetic work on my breasts. I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Rosenbaum. I found him to be not only skillful as a surgeon but compassionate as a human being. Everyone in his office is attentive to patients from the moment you enter the office. I had interviewed many surgeons before I arrived at a decision. Everyone who sees me as astounded at how natural I look. I look exactly as I wanted to and had minimal downtime and very slight bruising, which didn't even require pain medication. Dr. Rosenbaum was my breast reconstruction surgeon, after a bilateral mastectomy due to cancer. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is super smart, and genuinely cares for his patients to have the best possible outcome. For me, he was the light at the end of the tunnel. I always felt better after seeing him. Dr. Rosenbaum changed my life! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Rosenbaum and the outstanding job he did with my surgeries in 2015. In 2011, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was 25 years old. I immediately had a double mastectomy with expanders placed under my skin to begin the process to create a new breast cavity for implants. The plan became complicated when I learned that I was going to have 16 chemotherapy treatments and six weeks of radiation treatments immediately following the double mastectomy. Ultimately the surgical scar and chemotherapy were too much for the skin

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gary Rosenbaum. He really is the best. I had to undergo breast reconstruction and to complicate matters I had previously had radiation in the breast area. Given the situation, I needed a doctor with the most sophisticated skill set. Dr. Rosenbaum was incredible - he was able to seamlessly graft the area where I had radiation using tissue from my stomach and back. My breasts look so great now, better than they ever looked and so NATURAL! I have seen a lot of surgeries but he really is the best. And while I had my breast surgery, he was also able to do a tummy
