I am so happy and relieved to have found Dr. Varkarakis!! While looking for a surgeon to perform liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) in Miami, I was discouraged by the amount of bad reviews. First off, Dr. Varkarakis and his staff are genuinely caring and compassionate people. From the initial conversation to the 6 month follow up, I felt like my life would be safe with them. Secondly, I love my results. I was looking for a modest change and Dr. V was keenly attuned to my vision for my body from beginning to end.

I am very happy to have my much-needed surgery done by Dr. Varkarakis. Before going to his office, I looked for two or three specialists. However, I did not like different things about them, and especially I did not find the feeling of confidence and welcoming that Dr. Varkarakis' office made me feel.
When I call to make my appointment Madelyn one person from his team answered and very kindly responded to all my questions. When I met Dr. Varkarakis I definitely felt he was the Dr. to choose. He reaffirmed my confidence and trust because I felt he was very experienced and knew what he was doing

Just adding another 5 star review for the best plastic surgeon I know! I don’t know where to start… he’s just amazing and caring and that’s soooo rare to find in Miami. He’s honest and so knowledgeable. I’m so happy I went in to see him, and now, after my third treatment of Morpheus8 I can say my skin has never looked better! My acne scars are all gone, my skin is soft and glows, my pores are tiny! I first spoke with Alexa (his assistant) who was so sweet and always would follow up with me. Then I met him and knew he was the only person I ever want to take care of my face and skin.

Dr. Varkarakis is amazing. His nurse Madelyn is lovely and always a joy to talk to. Dr. Varkarakis does plastic surgery, reconstructive work and craniofacial surgery as well. From the moment you call the office you are treated with respect and kindness, and once you meet with the doctor he is honest and takes his time speaking with you.
Personality aside, he is extremely talented at what he does and the results speak for themselves. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who cares about each and every one of his patients.

Nothing short of a miracle worker. I asked Dr. Varkarakis to give me Juvederm with realistic goals: after all I'm approaching 56 years and needed some refreshing but still wanted to look natural.
We discussed fillers specifically Voluma, in turn I received 2 syringe is of Voluma , one in each side along my cheek bone and one Juvéderm mid face, which lifted my cheeks. He handed me a mirror and said we're going to do this together; he is very thoughtful and respected not only my goals but how much I could afford. I also received some Botox which was strategically placed.
