The Jerome Home is a outstanding facility with a outstanding staff. Several years back I was able to get my Uncle into the Jerome Home. The care and compassion was excellent. The facility is always very very clean and the staff is very professional. I had my Uncle in two other facilities and had to move him. They were rating good but didn't live up to their rating. Jerome Home is a 5 out of 5 stars. I was very very lucky and gifted to be able to move my mother into the Jerome Home. Her room is beautiful, the staff is excellent and my mother is happy. Thank you Jerome Home.

Beside putting my mom on the wrong side when she was there for rehab and interested in assisted living their billing is ridiculous. At first it got sent back no payment because they did it wrong. Then when they redid it they put a code that gave my mom on limited means a $850 bill. At the time they sent it to me though my name was not on the sign in sheet when admitted nor at the time was I the POA then. I tried calling and wrote saying this and also that the rehab that she went to used a different code for the exact same thing and there was no charge. Never heard from since and that was 2018 now

I had been holding off on rating Jerome Home but the couple of single star ratings made me feel I should share my experience with them so far. My great aunt is a New Britain native and we wanted to keep her in the area. She first went here after a fall that resulted in a broken hip, given the break and her age replacement was not a viable option which meant that her single living in an old house with lots of stairs was also not a viable option. We picked Jerome Home for my great aunt based on location and recommendations, initially for medical reasons and eventually as her residence. While

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. First and foremost the APRN Kelly needs to have her licensed permanently revoked. She almost killed my father by messing with his medication regimen. She lied about him having an allergic reaction to the medicine when he almost overdosed. The facility was short staff and miserable all the time. They only entered my fathers room to give him medication and had him heavily medicated and then complained that he could not complete physical therapy. We have videos of him doing physical therapy but because he was too much for them to handle they tried to send him

I have been employed at Jerome Home almost 10 years and welcome feedback from all to ensure the best possible customer service. We see all comments as an opportunity. While we strive to provide the highest level of care and service to our residents, families, friends and others we acknowledge we are on a journey of always resetting the bar higher.
Overall, we know that our residents are happy, healthy and living life to the fullest here at Jerome Home. So glad to be part of an amazing healthcare community.
