Can't really explain how fantastic DET Elite Transportation, their services, communication, and execution is!! Will is a gem and kept in touch with me after our initial conversation to get my elderly parents to DTW. He even went as far to make sure they had their wheelchairs and luggage at the check in counter. He kept in touch with me via text the day before pickup, for the whole duration of the ride and after. I arranged for a car service and was very impressed by everything about this company. I researched quotes with several companies in the area and the price was great! Scheduling was easy. Calls were returned promptly. Some of the other companies were difficult to get ahold of and had added fees that they weren't going to disclose up front. This company was honest and gave me an all inclusive cost as requested. There were no hidden fees. The driver was on time, professional and courteous. In a rush to catch a flight, a cell phone was left in the car by accident. They were very prompt at checking
