Amada's studio Melt West is one of the best spots in San Diego for self-care. Need to clean up those brows? Wax, tint, pluck, laminate? She does it all. In addition, she also takes care of your lashes to make sure they are healthy and full!

I've been coming to Amada to get my eyebrows laminated for a few months and I will definitely keep coming back! She does an amazing job and I absolutely love it! My brows used to be a struggle and even on days I wouldn't wear makeup I'd find myself wanting to do my brows but now they look perfect without having to do anything! Saves a ton of time getting ready and I feel super confident. I also recently got the lash lift and am obsessed!!

Awesome! What else can I say about Amanda and the great job she does for me every 2 months. She used to work at another place and when she decided to open her own business it was a no brainer that I would follow her.

So grateful after relocating from LA to N County SD, I finally found the best wax specialist, Amada, owner of Melt West. I've tried several places over the last 4 yrs here and no one uses as high quality wax as her. Amada is fast, pain free and a perfectionist, not leaving any hairs behind. Amada is both professional (you are in good hands especially with her covid protocols), and so personable. She's so welcoming, accommodating and such a great person to chat with. I was looking for a wax specialist but in hearing all she offers, years of experience and the high end products she uses

I am so happy I found Amada / Melt West! I've been to her 6 times for brow shaping, tinting and lash tint. I'll never go elsewhere. She uses a safe plant based tint that is gorgeous and long-lasting. She listens, "gets it", and with precision, shapes my brows perfectly. Right now, when brows and lashes are almost all others see of your face, you want to schedule with Amada!

Honestly the hunt is over, Melt West is the only place I will ever go to for my skincare and waxing needs again. Amada is an expert and her place is beautiful. She is gentle, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and down right extremely talented. I always leave feeling gorgeous and so happy with my experience. I have been seeing Amanda for a few years now and she is the absolutely BEST at what she does. She is professional, quick and gentle. She uses high quality products which is very important to me.

Tucked away in Del Mar, this ridiculous cute salon is seriously a girl's beauty heaven. Stepping into this place you will automatically notice all the natural light, you will smell all the divine smells, and you will straight feel the confidence of the clients sitting in the chairs.
I am a girly girl who knows what's she wants when it comes to getting any any type of beauty service done. I wax regularly, get my nails don' get my hair done monthly (I have hair extensions), and I will pay good money if I know the service is the best. So trust me when I say this place is just that

This is the BEST place to go for waxing, and Amada is the BEST esthetician there is.
The space is really bright and clean, and the rustic decorations give the whole place a beach side feel- perfect for Del Mar.
As for Amada, she is literally an eyebrow goddess. She never fails to give me exactly what I want: beautiful, dark, Instagram-worthy brows. I have sent nearly every man and woman in my family to her for their brow needs. She has even fixed my sister's brows after they were completely botched by another salon, and she left looking perfect.
I cannot say enough good things about her
