I'm a little late on this review. Back in November my fiance (boyfriend at the time) came to visit me. We haven't seen each other for almost 8 months due to the pandemic and needed a well deserved vacation. He surprised me by proposing and had this whole plan worked out how we get the ring sized and have it shipped off to get it 5-6 weeks later.

Keith and his wife run a quite unique business he rebuilt a ring for me that was my dad's that was given to him by my mom before they were married he did an excellent job on it it was missing the whole bottom of the Ring I would recommend anyone to bring their work to him the man is a true Craftsman he fixes clocks and also sells fine jewelry and watches kudos to your business keep up the great work your friend Frank

I have known Keith Genters for over 20 years professionally, I have bought Jewelry and watches from him and had him do all of my repairs and servicing of my Automatic Watches He is an expert, he is fair and since he is a private business I am willing to wait a little longer to deal with him. We were in the sweet town of Saugerties for my Grandma's funeral and I wanted to share Main and Partition Streets with my children. I used to go to this jewelry store when it was Halpert's and I was so pleased to see the storefront had not been changed. So already I was hopeful that the new owners were going to be kind. Rare to find buissinesses any more with integrity. Been here 3 times now, never overcharged, the guy wanted to do a watch bar replacement for free, had to insist on paying. This place is a rare gem, due to being owned by a stand up person. Wish there were more legit buissinesses out there like this one.

I don't know what Rita is talking about, Keith is always pleasant, thorough and willing to take on a rush job for me when I'm visiting Catskill.

I love Genter's Jewelers! Keith Genter has reliably and quickly fixed my heirloom jewelry. I have purchased two gorgeous pendants he designed and have also purchased other jewelry from the extensive selection in his shop. He has redone a watch for my stepdad who collects vintage watches. His work is always top quality at a fair price. Keith is the only jeweler I trust my pieces with.
