My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from 14K last December. When I went to have my ring resized and an additional stone laid, one of the employees told me my diamonds weren’t real! When I stated my fiancé had purchased the ring from them and I would go home to get the receipt, he recanted, took my ring in the back with him and said then “they must be real”. The whole scenario gave a bad feeling so I refused to leave my ring there to even be resized. This jewelry store is the best I’ve ever experienced. Family owned and so friendly. They were attentive to my request. I was recently married but didn’t want to wait two weeks to get my rings sized.
So I called 14K and they said it would take less than a week. I dropped them off on Saturday and to my surprise they had them sized and welded together exactly as I wished. for me the next day!
They did a beautiful job! I can’t stop looking at them.
This was my Christmas present and they made it so special. I highly recommend this store for the such amazing quality work and efficient, friendly

I came to 14k after reading the wonderful Yelp reviews to have new larger bails/rings put on two very sentimental charms - and they did not disappoint! I dropped them off on Thursday afternoon and was told they'd be ready in about a week, maybe sooner. I mentioned I would be out of town for a couple weeks and they assured me they'd be safe until I could come back to pick them up. The very next morning I got a call that they were ready to be picked up, as they had heard I was going to be on vacation and thought I'd like to have them for the trip. I have no idea what this store's jewelry is like, but I can tell you, as someone who knows watches well, that they have no idea how to repair a watch. None. I brought a watch in with a cracked crystal -- it took them four tries to get it right. And a watch with a dead battery -- they installed a defective replacement. Trust me -- DO NOT bring your watch to these people if you ever want it to work again.
