Was stranded on the freeway in the sun with no food water or other towing resources today. Called and they said they were nearby. After an hour later I called for an ETA and they said they were very far away and ETA was another 90 minutes and they would call. It's been 8 hours and they never called and are now closed.
Thanks for nothing !!! Would not recommend!

After being stuck on the road for 5+hours, (after my service request was cancelled by another towing company) Cody from S & R came to my rescue. Not only did he arrive when he said he would, he was polite, professional and made me feel safe. He explained every step in detail of what was happening. And, He even made sure I got home safe. It's never a good time when your car breaks down, but S&R towing was fast friendly and efficient. They were arrived within minutes, loaded up our car quickly and had us back on our way home in less than a half an hour. The prices are high, but that is to be expected especially on weekends and evenings. Very satisfied with their service.

This company towed my parents vehicle from the highway after being in a horrible car accident. The guy that towed my dad to a Starbucks had absolutely no empathy for what has just happened. My mom was taken to the ER, and my dad had some rough injuries on his arms. When we came to take everything out of our vehicle we discovered the guy that towed our car STOLE money out of my moms WALLET, and some medication. I had started with this company and was quite excited before leaving a couple weeks later.
On my second day we got a tractor trailer rollover, which was awesome as it was a great way to start with a company as a heavy duty driver. That being said, the things I look for when choosing a company to work for are pretty basic and straight forward.
(Safety, professionalism and team work).
Well, it turns out during the rollover mentioned above the heavy duty supervisor drops the trailer in mid lift... startling all the other first responders and onlookers.
This guy is suppose to be a Rotator instructor

Let someone use one of my cars and car ended up breaking down. S&R towing was the tow yard assigned to pick it up.
The lady at the window was very nice and helpful and so was the staff. Very patient and helpful to me.
Also the fleet has some very nice newer trucks that the employees have pride in keeping clean and looking good.

When my Mercedes ML-350 wouldn't start, I wasn't sure how I was going to get it to the dealer to fix. It was Saturday and the towing company (S & R) with the highest & most number of reviews was "closed" (at least Google Maps told me they were closed on weekends).
I took a chance and called them anyway. They answered, took payment over the phone and were at my house in like 30 minutes! They pulled the car out of the garage onto a very nice looking flatbed truck and were gone. Fast and easy.

WORST customer service. Got hung up on twice asking if they had a lowboy. The first girl put me on hold and then hung up, I assume because she didn't know what I was referring to when asking for a lowboy. Second girl, LITERALLY hung up on me when I asked if they had a lowboy. The third time the first girl answered again and STILL couldn't figure out whether they have a lowboy. Simple question. Terrible customer service, I hope no one needs to call them for help. They are not knowledgeable and will hung up on customers, maybe some basic training will do them good for the future. They should

Through necessity, I contacted roadside assistance through Geico and s&r towing was dispatched to me. I was lucky to receive an individual named John Sharpe. He arrived early and serviced my flat tire with no trouble at all and in a very quick time frame. In fact, the job was completed and I was on my way before the estimated time of his arrival had even lapsed. He was very pleasant, helpful, funny, and answered all of my questions.

Found S&R after the tow company my insurance company contacted cancelled after waiting 90 minutes. They couldn't even find a company that would take the call. I called the Temecula S & R location and received quality customer service - car was in a parking garage with low height and needed a tow dolly. It took a while to get the right truck free but the office kept in contact, remembered me when I called and got the job done. The driver (out of Fallbrook location) was competent and professional, and the rig was clean. They will now be the first ones I call if I need a tow.
