Horrible experience living here. They did random “inspections” every couple of months. The utilities were paid by the complex and we were given a bill that steadily went up every month... EVERY MONTH. They claimed it was due to the companies raising their rates. When we moved out they were in between managers and didn’t give us instructions on what to do. So we moved out and left the keys in the apartment, moved on with our lives. Then they charged us an extra month because we didn’t drop the keys at the office (which no one told us to do). DO NOT MOVE HERE.

After signing the lease and moving in, I had already made the decision that i would not be staying longer than the 1 year lease. The language in the contract is misleading especially when the property management is not transparent in regards to what is expected and what the final cost could realistically be. Paying an unexpected 140 dollars a month can create a real hardship for someone who is not able. Although all of the property managers have been extremely nice, I feel it would be beneficial to have property managers that are knowledgeable in the field they are working in. I also had my mailbox

Horrible management. I previously went in there in the summer of 2017 and there was a very large lady weather foot up on the table having a personal conversation and told me to wait when I was inquiring on an application for an apartment. I waited 20 minutes and finally walked over to the office and told her I was leaving and she just waved me off. Rude and unprofessional!
