I debated getting laser hair removal for several years before actually going through with it. I looked into getting deals on Groupon and checked out several medspas in the Columbus area. I was glad I decided to go here. Dr. Deep was honest with me and said there was a tint of red in my dark brown hair so the lasers sometimes have a hard time picking up on that but she thought it was doable. She also suggested I let her nurse, who is so awesome btw and cheaper (but I mean that in the best way) do the treatments to save some cash. If you want to be a guinea pig for them. Skin pen. Cool sculpting. Neogen. And especially the. Genevieve treatment. Then this place is for you. Yikes. Equipment breaking down. Lack of experience with the procedures. I could go on. Two years and thousands of dollars later and only disappointment. Oh and you will only see Nina Deep if you get fillers. FYI

Ask specifically for one particular area to be done but Jennifer was consistent in saying another area would look better on me. After paying the $1000 I ask Jennifer if there was a guarantee she said Nina made sure all her clients were happy before leaving. I went in for my second treatment and Jennifer wanted to do the same treatment I didn’t want in the first place. I told her I was VERY unhappy with the results so far so why would I want it again. I told her I wanted to speak with Nina, she was consistently busy. To make a long story short

I'll never go to another doctor again for work. I'm always pleased with what work I have done. She is always friendly and provides you with options within your budget. Her passion and excitement genuinely come through. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and make sure your experience was worthwhile. Dawn and Peggy are so easy to work with. It is a joy to be there from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
