I’ve been going here for years and Ausha is amazing! She’s friendly, fast, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and waxing. Will never go anywhere else for it because she makes the process much less painful! Highly recommend coming here if you’re on the fence and it’s your first time— you’ll learn that waxing is nothing to be scared of!

It has been a few weeks since my visit to Brazilianology and I'm still loving the results. The entire experience from booking online, arriving to a clean well-loved business, and the knowledgeable staff was wonderful. Ausha waxed and shaped my brows and they are still so smooth. She explained how I could grow things in to get the shape I wanted and sent me a personalized quiz for my next appointment. Seriously, a lot of care goes into this place! I am looking forward to my next visit already!

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I was extremely nervous going in but I left completely happy and satisfied. Krista was so nice and friendly. The whole process was quick and way less painful than you would think since she is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Such a great experience!

Before going to Brazilianology I had sworn off waxing or life, it was too painful. Since finding Brazilianology and Jenny I now go every 7-8 weeks and will never go back to shaving! They offer such a pain-free experience - from booking and appointment reminders to quick and professional service, with minimal pain, it's worth the drive from Westerville. 10/10 would recommend!

I got a Brazilian for the first time today with Krista and she was amazing!!! Great tips, walked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable!!! I got recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint. Very clean, comfortable, easy to get an appointment time and sweet staff. Very happy with the results!!! They are so knowledgeable!!

I have never had a wax service performed. Krista made me feel extremely comfortable in preparation for my first Brazilian wax, it was a wonderful experience. The office was extremely clean, beautiful ambiance and everyone there was very nice. I booked my next service before leaving. A couple of days later received a beautiful personalized thank you note from Krista. This experience definitely exceeded my expectations. My Husband and I have both enjoyed my new Brazilian wax-definitely a life long customer!!!

The location is good and the salon itself is nice and clean. Booking online was extremely easy. The staff was very pleasant. My problem though is that I paid for a Brazilian wax and was left with more than just a few stray hairs. I'm not very pleased. I don't know if it was a problem with the specific esthetician I saw or if it's a problem across the board but I'm not completely satisfied with the service I paid for. I am unlikely to return here after the price I paid for an incomplete job. The eyebrow wax was done perfectly so points for that. There weren't many people

I got a wax done with Ausha and she was amazing! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming! Ausha was so sweet, she made me feel so comfortable and I was in and out in 20 minutes! I also bought an ingrown hair serum & it worked amazing. 10/10 recommend coming here!

This was by far the best salon waxing experience I've ever had! I've had legs and face waxing done before but this was my first professional brazilian (I have done my own at home before) and it went better than I could've hoped for.

Ausha was so amazing! I went in for my first waxing ever and a Brazilian to boot. I was terrified and as soon as I met her, all the anxiety went away. She was so soft spoken and personable and carried a conversation the whole time to distract me from the pain. She was so quick and thorough and I was done before I knew it. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman and I'm sooo glad I got up the nerve to go through with it. I will be making a monthly appointment with her from now on. Thanks Ausha!!
