Our mission is to aid, train, motivate and to share information relating to real estate investing. We are dedicated to helping both beginning AND experienced investors. We serve the New Jersey-New York metropolitan area. The Metro Real Estate Investors Association, Inc, is a not-for profit corporation, and is organized for the purpose of education in real estate investment.

A reduction or decrease. Usually applies to a decrease of assessed valuation of ad valorem taxes after the assessment, and levy.
