Amy Butcher of Distinctive Properties was the realtor for the owner of the property we purchased in May. We needed some help with the alarm as it kept going off. We needed the access code from the previous owner as that was the only way we could disarm the alarm. The former owner moved to the east coast. When we asked our realtor to contact her, Ms Butcher immediately responded that the former owner never used the alarm. Little too quick of a response. She would not give our realtor the former owner's phone number so he could get the access code. The former owner did use the alarm or it
