Recently had a family members car impounded and I spoke with the person rising the vehicle I was quoted 225 to get it right then but did not have another person to drive it. I asked what it would be the following day and was told it would increase by 50$ a day. I picked the vehicle up later the next day and was charged 490$!!!!!! The price more than doubled over night. I feel that I was taken advantage of and miss informed about the rates. I feel this company misrepresented information and charged me unfairly.

Very unfriendly staff. Tow truck driver that let us in the gate was very perturbed to have to go out of his way to stop what he was doing and take us down and let us in. We didn't have any tools on us to take license plate off and asked if he had a screw driver to assist. He looked down at his tool box and said no. We then had to run over to Home depot to purchase a tool and when we came back we had to be let in again. Once again not friendly at all. When we initially came into the office to recover personal belongings he was just sitting in the office. Office support person was friendly.
