On a Monday with heavy snowfall that morning, I thought for sure my request for a tow in town would be at least an hour or more. But I called and within 20 minutes the guy was there. Super friendly, super helpful, and affordable price. Highly recommend

I had to get a tow on 10/8/20 when my van left me stranded at the gas station. I called around 8pm and the tow truck was there within 5 minutes. My receipt says I was helped by “PN”. It was the best towing service that I ever had. He filled out the paperwork for the dealership he towed it to so I didn’t have to go along. I appreciated his speediness and professionalism...it really helped out in a stressful situation! Thanks “PN” and thanks Winks!

Used Winks for first time, for car repairs! No appointment. They worked on vehicle same day I took it in. Did a great job, fixed problem quickly, & very good price. Mechanic himself called me to ask about problems, & gave me a price range, which was very accurate. Mechanic also called me when done. & explained step by step everything he did &… why, & told me about things that don't need to be done now, but in short future He explained how the parts he fixed worked, so I would understand exactly what he did & why. Super service. Our car did not restart when we filled up with gas in Bloomington IL. Winks was recommended by Autozone. We were towed to Winks. Replaced fuel pump and yay! Now our gas gauge works again. But still did not start the engine. Diagnostics found two sensors were bad. Got them installed and like magic the car starts again. It took the mechanic about 4.5 hours to to diagnose and resolve the engine issues.
He was kind, patient, determined to get the job done and he did it.
People in the community can be grateful to know there is an experienced professional at Winks.
