ABC Care is a nonprofit corporation providing a safe, secure, fun recreational and educational experience for school-age children, from kindergarten through the eighth grade. With locations throughout Carroll County and in northwest Baltimore County, ABC Care gives parents peace of mind, knowing that their children are supervised, having fun and most importantly, they are SAFE!
ABC Care provides a before and after school childcare program conveniently located in 11 public and private schools in Carroll and Northwestern Baltimore counties. Our programs maintain quality standards by providing a variety of activities. Children are grouped by age and able to participate in teacher-led and self-selected activities that promote success and learning.
Sage has several years of experience in childcare. She earned her associates degree in Early Childhood Education in 2017 from The Community College of Baltimore County. During college Sage had the opportunity to student teach in a second grade classroom. Since graduating she has held positions as a nanny, preschool teacher and assistant director of a preschool.
Park on the parking lot opposite the playground (closest to dumpster) ABC care is in cafeteria. Use glass door #10. Melissa Dryman is our Site Director at Mt. Airy. She has more than seven years of experience in the child care field. Melissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Art from Hood College and continues her education through college coursework and trainings.
Park in the lot at the back of the school. Once at the gym lobby doors (closest to road), use walkie talkie to alert staff you have arrived. Christie Hoffman is Site Director at Sacred Heart ABC Care. She earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Dance from Goucher College.
She has been working in childcare for 8 years in a variety of settings including aftercare programs, summer camps, preschool and teaching educational programs at Disney World.Christie is passionate about helping kids believe in themselves. She enjoys reading, visiting historical sites and playing with her dog.
