Services
Here at The Learning Ladder Childcare Center, our infant care program "Growing Sprouts" emphasizes individualized care by nurturing staff. Our staff are experienced, and trained, to be responsive to the needs of growing infants. Plus they love what they do! They provide for each stage of the infant's development, encouraging language, social skills and helping to promote physical growth, all in a colorful, multi sensory environment.
Our Toddler Program-"Little Duckling" recognizes interest and exploration as key elements of this unique stage of the child's growth. The curriculum focuses on the developmental goals of this age and emphasizes care and safekeeping with a loving and caring staff. Our environment is personally designed to allow for children to explore and play together as they develop an understanding of socially appropriate behavior.
Our 2-3yr Program-"Little Ducklings" continues to emphasis on the development of a child's natural inquisitiveness in older toddlers. The devoted staff at The Learning Ladder Childcare will introduce your child to numerous hands-on exercises and methods of creative play which helps build up the foundation for more advanced pre-school activities.
The Learning Ladder Childcare Preschool Program covers a wide selection of activities aligned on developmental goals of the program. These educational activities offer the child experiences in language, mathematics, science, music, and art. This program centers on the established developmental level of the children as individuals and is designed to meet each child's needs while training them for Pre K.
