This beautiful condo, called the Grand Victorian Condominium #210, is in the heart of Historic Old Orchard Beach and sits just mere steps from the beach! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features hardwood floors, well equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite counter-top, enormous 50 foot balcony, cable, 3 flat screen TVs, WI-Fi, central air, an indoor pool, workout room and more!
All rentals have a $195 cleaning fee, 9% Maine State Tax and $300 refundable security deposit added to them. Utilities included are water, sewer, trash, cable, WiFi, plowing, 2 parking spaces (one at the building and one offsite) and up to $100.00 a month in electric / propane. Note: If you have more than 2 cars, there are extra charges to park in the offsite parking lot.
