Saco Bay Rentals is a local family-owned property management company. We have been operating in the Saco Bay area for over thirty-five years and manage over 50 properties that dot the coastline from Pine Point to Biddeford Pool. The firm was founded by my mom Faye Casey who managed the business for years.

The worst vacation experience of my life. We stayed at a cottage right near Old Orchard Beach. The cottage itself was adorable but definitely needed work. The couch was unusable due to the cushion wearing so thin that you could get splinters from the wood. It had obviously not been cleaned, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, sand and hair everywhere, dog hair in windowsills, the grill caught on fire and the air conditioner was so old and crusted with filth that it couldn't handle the 100° heat wave. They offered to move us to a different house that was a major step up... but the huge house
