I would not recommend this company if you are fresh out of school with 0 experiences because when they send you to a facility, they do little to no training. ONLY accept an assignment if you are a seasoned nurse with YEARS of bedside experiences. Another thing I do not like about this company is they can assign you a shift at the very last minute anyway without preparation. However the staff members are very nice when you talk to them.
